Sullivance Cove French Oak 18 years HH0600

Part of the ‘Old and Rare’ Collection which is a new designation reserved for the very few casks that are allowed to age for at least sixteen years that show incredible length and breadth of palate. This cask (number HH0600) was distilled on Valentine’s Day 2001 and decanted on the 24th of June 2019 for a maturation of 18 years and four months. It is one of only two remaining French Oak Tawny casks from the “HH” era, the rest having been released years ago. Bottled at 50.1% abv, this cask produced only 356 bottles.
Each bottle comes in a unique, hand-made, solid walnut presentation box, and includes an information booklet and a letter of authenticity personally signed by SC Head Distiller, Patrick Maguire and Production Manager, Heather Tillott.
