Malt Master David Stewart has skilfully married together small amounts of Scotch Whisky matured in 4 refill hogsheads and 3 sherry butts that have lain in the warehouses for at least forty years. Resulting in baked apple, stewed fruits like characters with soft leather. A silky smooth texture with a beautifully coating in the mouth. Sensational.
