Process:

2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
3. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged & Wrong Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Replacement items are subject to stock availability.
