This exceptional single malt comes to you all the way from Tasmania, double distilled by the wonderful Sullivans Cove! As you may have guessed from the name, it’s aged in a single American oak cask which previously held bourbon. After 17 years have passed, the whisky is hand-bottled and labelled at the distillery, presented in an oak presentation box with a letter of authenticity signed by head distiller Patrick Maguire and production manager Heather Tillott.
