Layers of lush plum preserve, silky mocha, buttery croissant, and dark chocolate unfold across the palate, carried by a whisper of earthy Tasmanian peat smoke. The finish lingers with brandy snap sweetness, salted macadamia, and a quiet drift of golden raisin warmth. Rare, considered and unmistakably Tasmanian.
