All bottles are non-chill-filtered, natural colour, and bottled at full cask strength, capturing the distillery at its absolute peak just before its closure.

The set contains the following four legendary casks:

• Cask #897 Distilled: 1999 | Bottled: 2017 Sherry Butt | 60.4% ABV Dark plum, 85% cocoa chocolate, dried figs and antique sherry sweetness. Rich, oily mouthfeel with waves of toffee, mocha and gentle pipe tobacco on the endless finish.
• Cask #899 Distilled: 1999 | Bottled: 2017 Sherry Butt | 60.6% ABV The pinnacle of 1999 sherry casks: black cherry, violet pastilles, old saddle leather and cocoa powder. Velvety texture with perfectly balanced sweet spice and decades-old oak.
• Cask #2267 Distilled: 1999 | Bottled: 2017 Sherry Butt | 60.4% ABV Explosive and opulent: blackberry jam, date purée, cinnamon and the nutty sweetness only the finest Oloroso butts can give. Silky, layered and profoundly long.
• Cask #7834 Distilled: 2000 | Bottled: 2018 Sherry Butt | 60.5% ABV One of the very last classic sherry casks from the year 2000. Prune, fig, bitter chocolate and a whisper of smoky leather. Powerful yet refined, with a gorgeous, sweet oxidative sherry tail.
