Shipping Destinations

The Whisky Ark delivers to locations within Australia. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Orders placed with express shipping are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to all standard shipping orders.
  • Express Shipping: A flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies to all express shipping orders.

Free Shipping

The Whisky Ark offers free standard shipping on orders over $300. This offer applies only to orders within Australia and excludes express shipping.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged goods, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, tracking information, and details of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete when placing your order. The Whisky Ark is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Signature Required

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If you are not available to sign for your delivery, a notice will be left with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange for redelivery.
