In collaboration with Sydney Watch Club, this in-store tasting at the Queen Victoria Building brought together a community of collectors united by an appreciation for craftsmanship, precision, and the passage of time.
Set within the refined QVB retail space, the experience offered a closer encounter with Dalmore’s distinctive house style. Guided by Brand Ambassador Josh, guests were led through a structured exploration of the portfolio, where each expression reflected the distillery’s dedication to cask curation and layered maturation.
The convergence of horology and whisky created a shared narrative—one shaped by patience, detail, and enduring value—allowing the tasting to unfold as both a sensory and cultural experience.
Dalmore 12 Y.O
A balanced introduction, combining citrus brightness with notes of chocolate and gentle spice.
Dalmore Port Wood Reserve
Finished in Tawny Port casks, offering red berries, plum, and a soft caramel sweetness.
Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve
Rich and expressive, with tropical fruit, vanilla, and warming spice, delivering depth with structure.
Dalmore 18 Y.O
Matured in American oak and finished in Oloroso sherry casks, revealing dark chocolate, espresso, and dried fruit.
Dalmore 21 Y.O
A refined and complex culmination, shaped by extended maturation and exceptional cask influence.
